Love is...

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23

In the timeless words of Galatians 5:22-23, we are reminded of the abundant fruits that the Spirit graciously bestows upon us. Each of these virtues, like precious gems adorning the branches of a tree, serves as a testament to the transformative power of God's love in our lives.

As we gather once again for our weekly reflection, let us pause to appreciate the depth and richness of these divine gifts. Love, the first and foremost among them, is the cornerstone upon which our faith is built. It is a love that knows no bounds, extending beyond the confines of human understanding to embrace all of creation. In the embrace of this love, let us extend it not only to our friends and family but also to those who may be difficult to love.

Let us remember the call to love one another, even our enemies, as Christ has loved us. With patience and gentleness, let us embody these virtues, shining forth as beacons of hope in a divided world. May the fruits of the Spirit guide us in building meaningful relationships and fostering unity among all.
