Remembering Passover

This year, Passover starts tomorrow, Saturday, April 12. So let's take a moment to look at this powerful picture of God’s heart to deliver, protect, and lead His people into freedom. And use it as a reminder that God still moves.
When God delivered the Israelites from Egypt, He gave them clear instructions: apply the blood of the lamb, stay inside, and be ready to move. That night, while chaos hit Egypt, God’s people were covered. Protected. Prepared for something new.
Here’s what we can take from Passover today:
1. God Still Delivers
Whatever has had you bound—fear, stress, sin—God still sets people free. He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.
2. Obedience Still Matters
Their protection came through obedience. Your breakthrough might be on the other side of your "yes" to God.
3. Freedom Is Just the Beginning
When God brings you out, it’s not just to escape something, it’s to walk into something greater.
This season, be encouraged: the blood still covers, the promise still stands, and your freedom is still possible.
Stay ready. Stay faithful. God is moving.“For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.” – 1 Corinthians 5:7 (NIV)
